S n this is a new converter that I purchased and wired in order to test its capabilities for enabling my computer control Sony pan-tilt-zoom camera from serial port. The rs-232 side has a db9 port configured as dace. Asp async-rs-232-to-rs interface-converter-db9-female IC473A-F. Store detail.

But, I never even connected it to a computer or device. 2 bps, and requires no ac power or batteries for operation.

Not in original Box. The rs-422 side has a db9 connector.
