These things are fully potted so they can handle most of what you throw at em. Feed it 12vdc to the middle terminal and enable pin like magic 28vdc comes out. They go open during short circuit but immediately output again after the is removed.
Pretty beefy dc converters here. They have a few scratches on them but don't effect the performance. I just tested each one and they all appear to work perfect, offer stable 28v output between 10v 16v input.
I also load tested them each at 10 amps output most my meter can measure and they all performed fine.
